Refund and Return Policy

At Mango Crest Store, we take great care in selecting, packing, and delivering fresh Multani mangoes to our customers. Since mangoes are fresh and perishable products, our return and refund policy is designed to keep the process fair, clear, and transparent.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. Mangoes cannot be resold or returned after dispatch because their freshness, handling, and storage conditions can change quickly.

Refunds or Replacements

We may offer a refund, partial refund, or replacement only in the following cases:

  • The product was received in a damaged condition.
  • The mangoes were spoiled or unusable at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong product or wrong variety was delivered.
  • The order was not delivered due to an issue from our side.

How to Report an Issue

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email. To help us review your claim properly, please share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the received box
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or spoiled mangoes
  • A short explanation of the issue

Claims made after 12 hours of delivery may not be accepted, as mangoes are fresh products and can be affected by storage temperature, handling, and ripening conditions after delivery.

Important Note About Mangoes

Mangoes are natural fruits, so slight differences in size, color, shape, ripeness, and appearance are normal. These natural variations do not qualify for a refund or return.

Some mangoes may arrive semi-ripe and may need 1–3 days at room temperature to ripen properly. This is normal and helps maintain better quality during delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery is delayed due to courier service, weather conditions, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or any situation outside our control, Mango Crest Store will try to assist you, but refunds may not be guaranteed.
